Veterans head injury study

[Sponsors] Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves that the bill be amended in section 2, item 1410-0010 by inserting after the word “…service”, in line 12 the following:

“…provided, that $100,000 shall be expended for a study of expanded treatment and residential services for veterans with head injuries and other trauma caused by Improvised Explosive Devices and other concussive weapons encountered on the modern battlefield”; and in said item by striking the  figures “$2,362,778” and inserting the figures “$2,462,778”.
