DPW Maintenance

[Sponsors] Representative Stanley of West Newbury moves that the bill be amended by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, funds appropriated under chapter 10 of the acts of 2011 may be used for the renovation and rehabilitation of existing, limited-occupancy municipal department of public works buildings.”
