[Sponsors] Representatives Gobi of Spencer, Alicea of Charlton, Balser of Newton, Ashe of Longmeadow, and Khan of Newton move to amend the bill in section 2, by adding after item 7061-9412, the following new item:

“7061-9416…For the operation and maintenance of JFY NetWorks, a non-profit corporation formerly Jobs for Youth, for the purposes of enhancing student performance and addressing achievement gaps through the use of instructional software, teacher training and support, provided that student performance measurement data shall be submitted to the house and senate committees on ways and means by no later than December 31, 2012..........$250,000”.
