Early Disclosure of Special Education Tuition Rates

[Sponsors] Representatives Adams of Andover, Lyons of Andover and Devers of Lawrence move to amend House, No. 3400, in section 2, in item 7061-0012, by inserting after the word “claims”, in line 7, the words: "; provided, however, that tuition rates paid by cities and towns for private special education schools for the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2012 must be set and disclosed on or before December 31, 2011".
