Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 0810-0000 by inserting after the words “…claim” in line 9, the following:

“…provided, that $200,000 shall be expended for the costs of statewide enforcement of the Open Meeting Law”; and in said item by striking the figures “$22,251,155” and inserting the figures “$22,451,155”.
