Amendment #67 to H3400

Central Artery construction review and investigation

[Sponsors] Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves that the bill be amended in section 2, by inserting after item 0810-0399 the following item:

"0810-0400     For costs incurred in investigations and prosecution of crimes related to construction of the Central Artery, provided, that the Attorney General shall coordinate and oversee a comprehensive review of all aspects of said construction project including, but not limited to the construction techniques and current safety of all  tunnels, pavement, walls, fixtures and ceilings, and shall coordinate said review with the United States Department of Transportation's Office of Inspector General                     $750,000
