Amendment #678 to H3400

[Sponsors] Ms. Coakley-Rivera of Springfield moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 107 the following section:

"Section 107A.  That the real property owned by DevelopSpringfield Corporation shall not be subject to taxation by the city of Springfield until ten years from the date of its acquisition or until such property is sold or otherwise disposed of, whichever is first."
