[Sponsors] Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7007-0900, by adding at the end thereof the following: "provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the 2011 Annual Hoop City Jazz Festival, Inc., in the city of Springfield."
