[Sponsors] Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves that the bill be amended in Section 2 line item 8700-1160 by adding at the end thereof the following “provided that beneficiaries of deceased service members SGLI are fully compensated of their benefits upon presentation of the policy to Insurance companies and provided further that Insurance companies in the Commonwealth cease to issue checkbooks to Massachusetts families while withholding benefits.”
