Amendment #73 to H3400

Northampton landfill closure fund

[Sponsors] Mr. Kocot  of Northampton moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 2260-8870, by inserting after the word “…Laws” in line 3, the following:

“…provided, that $2,350,000 be expended from prior bond authorizations for the mitigation, monitoring and closure of the regional solid waste landfill located in the city of Northampton”; and by striking the figures “$11,973,797” and inserting in place thereof  the figures “$14,323,797”.
