Adult Basic Education and Job Training

[Sponsors] Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, item 7003-0701, by adding at the end thereof the following: "provided further that not less than $250,000.00 shall be expended to the Massachusetts Career Development Institutue, (MCDI) Inc., to provide adult basic education, job services, training, employability development and educational and career counseling to the unemployed."
