Amendment 1

Natick land lease

Ms. Spilka and Mr. Ross moves to amend the bill in section 1, by adding the following paragraph:-

“Any lease entered into pursuant to this act shall be subject to paragraphs (a), (b) and (g) of section 16 of chapter 30B of the General Laws.”; and by striking out section 2 and inserting in place thereof the following 2 sections:-

“SECTION 2.  Chapter 181 of the acts of 1999 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 3.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.”
