Supp. Budget Amendment #1

Mr. Winslow of Norfolk moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION 5.  Subsection (2) of section 19B of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 16, after the word 'investigation' the following:- , or such tests administered by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, created by chapter 23K of the General Laws.”.
