Amendment #1 to H4100

Adding public agencies and entities to efficient lighting statutes

Mr. Basile of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION  XXXX.  Said Section 34A of chapter 164 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding after the word “town”, the following words:

“or any other public or quasi public agency or entity”.
