Chelsea District Court, Line Item Language

Mr. O'Flaherty of Chelsea moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0335-0001,  by adding the following: "provided further that the district court of Chelsea shall be known as 'The Chelsea division of the Boston municipal court department held at Chelsea; Chelsea and Revere'. Provided further that budget appropriations allocated to said court in section 2, item 0332-0100 shall be made available under item 0335-0001."
