Bridge in Billerica Designation

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica Moves to amend the bill by inserting, after line 1599-1970 the following section.

Section 1. Not withstanding any rule or regulation of the highway division to the contrary, the Bridge B-12-012, spanning the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority rail line in the Town of Billerica shall be designated and known as the William G. Greene Bridge in honor of the Commonwealth's former State Representative and Dedicated Public Servant. The highway division shall erect suitable markers bearing this designation in compliance with the standards of the division and any existing historic preservation guidelines or statues.
