Training and Workforce Development for Youth-at-Risk

Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 1B, in item 7003-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following: "provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to the Massachusetts Career Development Institute, so-called in Springfield to provide training and career development for youth-at-risk and employment development in an effort to reduce juvenile delinquency”.
