Korean War Memorial

Mr. O'Flaherty of Chelsea moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0010,  by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended for maintenance services for the Korean War memorial located in the Charlestown navy yard."
