Trial Court Minimum Staffing

Mr. Aguiar of Fall River moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0330-0300,  by adding the following: "Each individual Trial Court shall maintain a minumum of 60 percent of the total personnel recommended by the Commonwealth's Trial Court Staffing Model”.
