Tenant Fees

Mr. Adams of Andover moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following section:—

SECTION XX. SECTION 1. Subsection (c) of Section 15B of chapter 186 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 26, the word “thirty” and inserting in place thereof the following word: - “ten”.
