Amendment #133 to H4100

low energy street lighting

Representatives Linsky of Natick and Peisch of Wellesley move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-0100, in line 6, by inserting after “program”  the following:

“;provided that not less than $5000 shall be expended for a pilot program utilizing low energy street lighting in the town of Natick”; and in said item by striking out the figures “5,831,266” and inserting in place thereof the figures “5,836,266”.
