Amendment #137 to H4100

Class 2 Vehicle Sales Licenses for Municipalities

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“Section XX.  Subsection (c) of section 58 of chapter 140, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 2 by inserting after the word “vehicles”, the first time it appears, the following:—

or any municipality or subdivision thereof”.
