Deaf-Blind Community Access Network

Mr. Kaufman of Lexington moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4110-1000, in line 5, by inserting after “network” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $450,000 shall be expended for the deaf-blind community access network”.
