Mr. Ayers of Quincy moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8910-8610, in line 2 by striking out the following “$1,116,000" and inserting in place thereof the following “$2,500,000”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,116,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$2,500,000”.
