Early Educator Scholarships

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill, in Section 2, in item 7070-0065, by adding the following: "and provided further, that the department shall make funds available for early educator scholarships in amounts equal to the amounts made available in fiscal year 2012, reduced in proportion to the overall reduction of this item from fiscal year 2012 to fiscal year 2013.”
