Amendment #202 to H4100

RMV Amendment

Representatives Koczera of New Bedford, Cabral of New Bedford, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Khan of Newton and Nyman of Hanover moves to amend the bill by inserting after Section 97 the following section:

"SECTION XX.  The Registry of Motor Vehicles shall be responsible for notifying all Massachusetts drivers at least thirty days prior to the expiration of thier driver's license".
