Amendment #212 to H4100

An Act relative to a certain parcel of land in the city of Chelsea

Representatives O'Flaherty of Chelsea and Reinstein of Revere move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION  XXXX. Section 55 of Chapter 15 of the Acts of 1996 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the follwing:'for park and recreation purposes and not for other purposes'."
