Amendment #215 to H4100

Eradication of invasive weeds

Ms. Spiliotis of Peabody moves to amend  House 4100 in section 2, in  item 2310-0200, in line 5, by inserting after "wildlife restoration projects"  the following: " provided that $500,000 shall be expended for the eradication of invasive weeds in Crystal Lake in the city of Peabody"; and in said item by striking out the figures "9,965,083 " and inserting in place thereof the figures "10,465,083".
