Representatives Binienda of Worcester, O'Day of West Boylston and Mahoney of Worcester move to amend Section 2 in line item 8900-1100 by inserting in line 2 after the word "rates;" the following: “provided that not less than $80,000 shall be provided for the Dismas House in Worcester.”
