Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-0012, in line 5, by inserting after the word "schools" the following: "; provided further, that all grant applications submitted to and approved by the department of elementary and secondary education shall include a detailed line item budget specifying how such funds shall be allocated and expended”.
