Jail Diversion Grant Program

Representatives Hecht of Watertown and Lawn of Watertown move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5046-0000, in line 6, by inserting after “facilities;” the following: “provided further, that jail diversion programs in operation and receiving funding from the department of mental health as of April 1, 2012 shall continue to receive funding in fiscal year 2013”.
