Phragmites Eradication Pilot Program

Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2310-0200, in line 5, by inserting after the word "projects," the following:

"provided further that not less than $90,000 shall be expended to the Merrimack Valley Planning Commission to establish a pilot program to eradicate phragmites in the Salisbury and Newburyport marshes."
