Amendment #24 to H4100

Berkshire County Youth Development

Representatives Pignatelli of Lenox, Cariddi of North Adams, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield and Mark of Hancock move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 4512-0200, line 5, by adding the following: “;provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the Berkshire County Youth Development Project for youth intervention services.”
