Amendment #245 to H4100

Title 5 Income Tax Credit reform

Representatives Howitt of Seekonk, Jones of North Reading, Koczera of New Bedford, Winslow of Norfolk, Stanley of West Newbury, Poirier of North Attleborough, Ferguson of Holden, Gifford of Wareham, O'Connell of Taunton, Ross of Attleboro, Durant of Spencer, Beaton of Shrewsbury, Hunt of Sandwich, Humason of Westfield, Boldyga of Southwick and Orrall of Lakeville move to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following section:—

SECTION XX. Section 6(i) of Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in line 198 the figure “$15,000” and inserting in place thereof the following:-- “$25,000”; and, by striking in line 201 the figure “$1,500” and inserting in place thereof the following:-- “$4,000”; and by striking in line 203 the figure “$6,000” and inserting in place thereof the following:-- “$10,000.”
