Amendment #246 to H4100

Promoting the Commonwealth Tax Incentive

Mr. Frost of Auburn moves to amend the bill by adding, after SECTION XX, the following new section:--

“SECTION XX.  Section 3 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after subparagraph (15), the following new subparagraph:--

(16) The amount as is described in section 165(d) of the Code, to the extent, if any, that that amount of such losses occurred in gaming facilities located in Massachusetts.”
