Representatives Binienda of Worcester, O'Day of West Boylston and Mahoney of Worcester move to amend the bill in Section 2, line item 7004-0099 by inserting in line 46 after the word “program;” the following: “not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the South Worcester Neighborhood Improvement Corporation so that it can continue to provide vital services to the poorest neighborhoods in the City of Worcester.”
