Health Care for the Homeless medical respite FY13 amendment

Representatives Malia of Boston, Michlewitz of Boston, Honan of Boston, Walsh of Boston, Rushing of Boston, Fox of Boston and Sánchez of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in  item  4000-0500, in line 14, by inserting after "years"  the following: "; and provided further, that the executive office shall maintain the fiscal year 2012 overall reimbursement rate for the commonwealth’s only medical respite program for the homeless”.
