NHESP waiver

Mr. Straus of Mattapoisett moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION  XXXX.  Section 144 of Chapter 122 of the Acts of 2006 is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 4 to 6, inclusive, the words "; provided, however, that no waiver or exemption shall be granted without the written approval of the secretary of administration and finance".
