Reduction of State Sales Tax

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica Moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"Section XXXX. Section 2 of Chapter 64H of the General Laws of 2010 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3 the word "6.25" and inserting in place thereof the following word: "5"."
