Vocational Education Denials

Ms. Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 90 the following section:

"SECTION 90A.      Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the department of education shall file a report examining the high school dropout rates for students denied entry to vocational schools with the clerks of the senate and the house of representatives who shall forward the same to the chairs of the joint committee on education and the chairs of the house and senate committees on ways and means on or before June 30, 2013.”
