Amendment #269 to H4100

Bing Theatre Development

Representatives Coakley-Rivera of Springfield, Ashe of Longmeadow, Finn of West Springfield and Swan of Springfield move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-0900, in line 6, by inserting after the word “commonwealth” the following:- 

“; provided further that no less than $75,000 shall be expended for the renovation of the Bing Theatre”.
