Representatives O'Day of West Boylston, Andrews of Orange, Golden of Lowell, Provost of Somerville, Timilty of Milton and Swan of Springfield move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item "7003-0012" the following item: "7003-XXXX For the Center for Women and Enterprise, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping women start and grow their own businesses...$125,000.00”.
