Electricity Purchasing

Mr. Straus of Mattapoisett moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX: Section 41 of chapter 161A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following subsection:- “(f) to sell electricity to the divisions within the Massachusetts department of transportation”.
