New England Farm Workers

Mr. Kane of Holyoke moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 7003-1206, in line 3, by inserting after the word “organizations” the following: “provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the New England Farm Worker’s Council"
