Eradication of invasive weeds

Ms. Spiliotis of Peabody moves to amend  House 4100 in section 2, in  item 2810-0100, in line  7  by inserting after "natural resources"  the following: " provided that $500,000 shall be expended for the eradication of invasive weeds in Crystal Lake in the city of Peabody"; and in said item by striking out the figures "40,264,861 " and inserting in place thereof the figures "41,124,861".
