Amendment #32 to H4100

MassHealth Chiropractic Services Access

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following section:

“Section xx.  Subsection (d) of section 5 of chapter 176Q is hereby amended by inserting after the word “connector”, in line 19, the following words: - “, provided, that the plans shall not exclude coverage of chiropractic services””
