MassHealth Outpatient Reimbursement Limitations Amendment

Mr. Golden of Lowell moves that the bill amended in section 2, in item 4000-0300, in line 73, by inserting after the word “funding;” the following:

“provided further, that the executive office shall not modify its outpatient reimbursement limitations for outpatient hospital care that is followed by an inpatient hospital stay
