VET Veterans' Pension Determination and Revenue Recovery

Representatives Campbell of Methuen, Aguiar of Fall River, Andrews of Orange, Basile of Boston, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Hecht of Watertown, Ross of Attleboro, Swan of Springfield and Parisella of Beverly moves that the bill be amended in section 2, by inserting item 1410-0010 as follows:- “1410-0010 Veterans’ Pension Determination and Revenue Recovery.  For the revenue maximization project of the executive office of elder affairs to identify individuals eligible for veterans’ pensions who are currently receiving home health care services $96,500.”
