Community College Geographic Area

Representatives Creedon of Brockton, Canavan of Brockton, Brady of Brockton and Calter of Kingston move to amend the bill in outside section 30, in line 2, by striking out the words:

"provided however, that in the case of the community colleges the Governor shall appoint the chairman, who shall reside within the geographic region of the community college."
