Amendment #353 to H4100

Department of Mental Health, Continuum of Care

Representatives Sullivan of Fall River, Aguiar of Fall River, O'Connell of Taunton, Lawn of Watertown, Koczera of New Bedford, Garlick of Needham, Fox of Boston, Scaccia of Boston, Ross of Attleboro, Straus of Mattapoisett and Cabral of New Bedford move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5059-0015 by adding the following sentence to the last sentence "the department of mental health shall maintain in every region of the state the full continuum of mental health services, which shall include a southeastern region to be compromised of communities located within the counties of Barnstable, Bristol, Dukes, Plymouth and Nantucket".
